Totally uninspiring this month's Coles magazine. The only promising recipe - the peri peri chicken needs 74 ingredients zzzz..... I guess this week I will make teriyaki meatballs with tamagoyaki and maybe ABC soup. Is autumn the time for pie cause the magazine is full of pie inspired dishes....mmmm

Last month's really good though. I super love this simple recipe. Quick, easy and super clean. Oh yes, just remembered I got 2 avocados in the fridge just right for this dish. I guess I can make this my weekday lunch.
